Really slow— I don’t think it should take 3 1/2 hours to change a battery, nor do I think it should take nearly 3 hours for a routine scheduled maintenance check
Excellent company, excellent cars, most of the sales staff have been here for a very long time, that tells you a great deal about the company. Go see Devin, a nice young man from Germany, gave us a good deal, no pressure, bought a dream car! Second car purchase from this dealership.
I took by 428i in for routine maintenance yesterday. While Katelyn was courteous enough, she wasn't at all engaging; but then nobody in the service area was. The warranty work was performed within the 2 hour time window given; but I can't say this was anything but an "okay" experience.
Our experience buying our new BMW X5 was very smooth and Ian Butler was very knowledgeable and easy to work with!! We have had one service for the window tinting and it went exactly as scheduled. So far we are very happy!
