RecommendedBMW gives the best service I have ever received at a dealership! I brought my i3 (barely out of warranty) in for a repair to the electric charging port and cover. Bmw rented a vehicle for me to use while the repair was being made. After expressing frustration to the manager Gabe with the process and cost for the repair he waived the cost of the repair! I have never had anything but negatives at any car dealership. Thanks to Gabe and BMW!
They were thorough, returned the car spotlessly clean, communication was excellent and the waiting room was stocked with lots of snacks and drinks.

Had a very solid experience working with Brett, Bryan and Martin who truly wanted to listen to what I wanted during my visit. They started with aggressive pricing and was haggle free. I left with both cars we wanted and they cared about our budgets. Would highly recommend Tucson team and I drove down from Scottsdale to get this level of care versus the dealers that were close by. Cars were better and cheaper than what the Scottsdale dealers had offered. Thanks Brett S for the help!!
Anthony was wonderful to work with. He was friendly and knowledgable and made the car-buying experience pleasant and painless! I changed my mind a few times about what I wanted but he was always patient and understanding. I ended up buying the perfect X3 for me. Zane in finance looked at all available BMW incentives to give us the best deal possible. Highly recommend them both!
The customer service at BMW was excellent to say the least! They were prompt to meet your needs and knowledgable when questions were brought up concerning various vehicles. Always had a friendly approach and easy to get along with. Great communication overall. The vehicle was in excellent condition and fully serviced prior to receiving the keys. Would highly recommend anyone to go to Brandon and see what BMW has to offer!
