I had my car serviced there yesterday. The service was excellent. Steve, my advisor, was very thorough and helpful. And when the service turned out to require more time than was needed, he fixed me up with a super high quality loaner 2020 BMW. Also, much to my surprise -- although almost everything was covered by warranty -- when my car needed 4 new tires the prices were just abut identical to one of of Tucson's well known discount tire centers. I was a satisfied customer

These people, from Brandon the sales person, to Paul, his manager, to both financial specialists, really made my wife and myself comfortable. Their aggressive pricing, and generous trade-in offer made our decision to but a used X3 easy. As a 67 year old man, I have had a lot of experience buying cars and trucks, and this was clearly the best. The dealership is being extensively remodeled, so just ignore the facility and focus on the people and the cars.
I recently had my car service at BMW of Tucson.The service advisor was courteous. He kept me informed on every thing. I would go there again and I would recommend them to other people
Great sales team, very professional to deal with. Support staff assistant have been excellent! I can call, if I need assistance, And they will direct me over the phone or come to my house when I need it. They came out and paired my garage door with the car which I was grateful for.
