Phenomenal customer service. Beatrice from the service team provided me with first class care and customer service. My vehicle was shipped from Germany and enroute all the rotors rusted over. Imagine not knowing that and coming in for only a routine ( free service). If the Beatrice had not been genuinely concerned about me as a customer my experience may have been different.
