I recently brought my car in because the “low coolant” light came on. I was referred to Lalania Mueller upon my arrival. While sitting at her desk, we both noticed fluid dripping from the bottom of my car. Lalania immediately took action to have my car looked at that day and made arrangements for me to get a loaner since the service department was quite busy that day. I had to get a tire replace through my insurance and Kaitlin Withrow was over the top in her service! another amazing experience with BMW of Tucson!
Customer service is out of this Beautiful World, great waiting area and amenities probably only thing may also say is to take out paper liners, plastic seat covers n ensure all codes r cleared if needed
