I hadn't been in for awhile, but now that the remodel is done, this dealer remains great for warranty and recall matters. Got the passenger air bag done in less than 45 minutes. Thank you.

Recently purchased a used vehicle from here and was promised to get my windshield fix due to cracks all over that have already spidered. It has almost been a month and no word from BMW of Tucson or the glass repair company who apparently has all my information but never called to confirm any of the information or to update me on time table of glass.
