Customer service was very professional

Our customer advocate Eve was wonderful and pleasant to interact with, she knows her products and was there to make sure that the process of buying/financing of a car went smoothly. After the purchase she has kept in touch with us to answer any question we might have. I would recommend BMW of Tucson to my friends based upon our experience with the entire staff.
I was met at the service area warmly welcomed and was treated like I was the most important there. Noted it was my first visit to BMW of Tucson service. All were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Nice atmosphere even during their renovation time.
Always great service...this despite the construction
I visited the show room 3 - 4 times shopping and driving the car. Every time, they went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed to make an informed decision. I checked a few other dealers with similar vehicles and returned here where the service and integrity were apparent and I’m sure it will continue now that I’ve bought from them.

I finally got the car of my dreams thanks to my wonderful husband and BMW of Tucson! We worked with John a few months ago and just couldn’t agree on a price, so we took some time off, let some time pass, and went back right after New Year’s Day. John and the team at BMW of Tucson did everything in their power to get me into my car, including offering to buy us lunch! It was a long day, but so worth it! I absolutely LOVE my 2019 BMW X3 M40i!!!
