Customer service was very professional
There were a few glitches, but overall, the experience was exceptional! I am hopeful that the staff at BMW Tucson will be a frontrunner in helping women customers shop for a vehicle without fear of pressure to make a purchase. So many dealerships make car shopping for women a nightmare! I applaud Anthony, Paul, Martin, JL and Juan! They are 'good guys!' Everything fell into place.....and minor details were handled professionally and quickly!

Our customer advocate Eve was wonderful and pleasant to interact with, she knows her products and was there to make sure that the process of buying/financing of a car went smoothly. After the purchase she has kept in touch with us to answer any question we might have. I would recommend BMW of Tucson to my friends based upon our experience with the entire staff.
I was met at the service area warmly welcomed and was treated like I was the most important there. Noted it was my first visit to BMW of Tucson service. All were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Nice atmosphere even during their renovation time.
