I had to get a tire replace through my insurance and Kaitlin Withrow was over the top in her service! another amazing experience with BMW of Tucson!
Customer service is out of this Beautiful World, great waiting area and amenities probably only thing may also say is to take out paper liners, plastic seat covers n ensure all codes r cleared if needed

Took our 440i in. All COVID protocol was followed. Changed the oil, did updates and tried finding an intermittent sound! The loaner was clean and ready to go. Thanks!
