I had a damaged rim and tire from running over object in road. Because the BMW is built for safety, the tire did not blow! I took it in for evaluation and I needed a new rim and tire which arrived one day later and I was back on the road. Excellent service and follow through.
My wife and I took in our 328xi for a service on January 16 2018. This was the fourth time I took in our vehicle for a service and I must say that I have been greatly impressed with the professional service delivered. Our service advisor Katelyn Withrow is very courteous and kept us informed on the status of the service during the day. We have been provided with a loaner vehicle during each appointment we made during the four years we have owned our BMW which we bought from this dealership. Thank you so much.
The service dept is terrible and slow. Advisors are good but techs are clueless. Unfortunately only BMW dealer in Tucson
I recently purchased a 2012 Audi A4 2.0 T Quattro from BMW Tucson, while the buying experience was almost sub-standard.. Their inability to diagnose, repair and most importantly honor our contracted warranty agreement is completely staggering. Outstanding Car with Hybrid Feature. Most of them are Automatic. Feels like a Heaven. Giving Excellent Mileage with all Luxury Features. I can recommend this car to anyone.
I still remember how car sales used to be filled with trickery and shenanigans. These guys put those days behind us and they seem to have taken the hassle out of car buying too.
