RecommendedService and reps were all professional and friendly. Vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. Complex was comfortable and clean.

Really slow— I don’t think it should take 3 1/2 hours to change a battery, nor do I think it should take nearly 3 hours for a routine scheduled maintenance check
Excellent company, excellent cars, most of the sales staff have been here for a very long time, that tells you a great deal about the company. Go see Devin, a nice young man from Germany, gave us a good deal, no pressure, bought a dream car! Second car purchase from this dealership.
Tucson BMW were very responsive and friendly. I got emails from 2 people trying to make the sale work. Unfortunately it was not the right deal, but no fault of their own.
I took by 428i in for routine maintenance yesterday. While Katelyn was courteous enough, she wasn't at all engaging; but then nobody in the service area was. The warranty work was performed within the 2 hour time window given; but I can't say this was anything but an "okay" experience.
