Their service department is terrible. We've had several less than stellar experiences with this place. Beware..if your car it too old they won't give you a loaner. Last time we made an appointment on a day they would have a loaner (this was last year so our car wasn't too old I guess), we get there and they don't have any cars. So we sat there for 4 HOURS waiting to get an oil change while we needed to be at work. They truly don't seem to want our business and nor do they care.
