That place rocks! Best car buying experience ever, from before even walking in the door.
Called Monday about 4 to make routine appt. for oil change. Tuesday, 9AM I arrived for the appt and was on my way home 1.5 hours later! Everyone was super nice and efficient. On the inspection everything was fine except that I need new tires. I expected that. It was a pleasant visit.
I called ahead of time about a 128i I was interested in and when I showed up Lance was there to welcome me and the car was already sitting right out front ready for inspection. The customer service was awesome and left me more than willing to come back for any future purchases.
I brought my M5 in with a tire issue. Marcela Arns handled my warranty effectively and had me on my way quickly. I appreciate the good service.
Outstanding team! They made the whole experience so easy. A huge thanks to Bruce Canterberry for his help in getting us settled and into our new 550i. I would definitely give them my business any time.
As usual, my experience with BMW Tucson was first rate. They did a fantastic job servicing my Z4, then had it detailed. Gave me a brand new loaner car that was clean and a pleasure to borrow. They called me promptly when my car was finished and were totally professional. Jade, who handled the service appointment was top notch. I bought my Z4 there and even though I drive down from the Phoenix area, it is well worth the trip. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks to you all for your professional and courteous service!
