I bought my first BMW 328i in March. I love it! Our sales associate, Brett Sabino, was awesome! I highly recommend Brett. Just yesterday I had my first service experience. What a great experience. Ryan, my service advisor, explained everything from start to finish. What a nice feeling. Great job BMW!
Had my first service on my 2017 BMW X3. Was very impressed with the facility, service and especially my service advisor, Wendy. She was very professional, courteous and helpful.

Had the most awesome experience of my life. Zane worked with me and we were able to get an new B7 Alpina. He was courteous, professional, and a down to earth guy. The facility is beautiful and really puts you at ease. I never once felt pressured (except for my wife who really wanted the car) and everything was straight forward with no surprises as we went through the process. Maresa was wonderful in the finance. Lamarr Neely and Miko Simental helped me and my family with the purchases of two cars there on May 13th and May 16th. The vehicles are in perfect shape for used cars. The atmosphere at BMW of Tucson was great, and the manager and finance dept were friendly. Making my experience with buying process much easier. Always have a pretty good experience here. Wendy was great, the only thing is I love when they bring my car back clean and they didn't wash it this time. 4 stars!
