will no longer be doing business with either of these two and I suggest everyone to do the same. Denied warranty claim on a BRAND NEW 2018 BMW M4 due to wear and tear!!!! Bunch of crooks trying to evade claims whenever they can. Never buying a bmw again! What a nightmare, if I could give them 0 stars I would. Driving normally on the highway, downshift into second while slowing down to take an exit and the car TURNS OFF in the middle of the turn and ofcourse that also means the power steering turns off too.. got stuck IN THE ... read more

Unsafe unreliable products, terrible customer service. I don’t have the time or energy left to delve into the details of all the headaches and frustrations with my X6 hybrid, or the $20k+(Seriously, no joke!!) it has cost in repairs the past year and a half. Vehicle has now been disabled with no replacement since July due to a $16k hybrid module, which they don’t even make!! I purchased a 2012 BMW 528 x-drive in April of 2016 at 49,000 miles. Since I have purchased this vehicle its been nothing but problems and I have gone back to BMW maintenance around 12 times within less than 2 years. Within the first 3 months of purchasing the vehicle I was driving at around 20-30 mph when suddenly I got a transmission malfunction warning on my dash, the car then violently shook and made a really loud gear grinding type sound. To whom it may concern, I am writing to you to express my utter disappointment with the vehicle a 2014 X6 5.0. I purchased on December 21, 2017. This vehicle was supposed to be a “certified” pre-owned vehicle that passed a rigorous 175-point BMW inspection. If only I had done my homework upfront, I never would have purchased a BMW. After over a month of back and forth of misery with BMW of North America's Senior Management Team, their Customer Relations Department Head agreed in writing to repurchase my 2018 BMW X1. The initial misery was caused by the abysmally poor customer service of two of their dealers. I'll write individual reviews for both dealers. I have a 2012 BMW X3 maintained in accordance with BMW recommendations that has 59,500 miles on it. On a Sunday afternoon I was driving 60 mph on the highway and my engine seized. The car would not go into neutral and had to be towed to a deal on the flatbed tow truck. I was told by Laurel BMW of Westmont (where I have previously purchased three BMW X3's) that I would need to replace the engine and that the cost was $22k+ (Market value of the car $13k and trade in value $10.5k). It’s a shame that a great car like this is backed by the worst warranty and the worst customer service from BMW NA .. I have a fully loaded BMW X5 with about 44000 miles on it . When I bought the car I optioned up for the premium mocha nappa leather because it looked gorgeous and cost a lot of money. The other day I was going out to dinner with my wife and I wore a brand new pair of jeans from True Religion which happen to have a button on the back pocket and when I got in the car the leather got a long scratch on the bottom... read more

As you indicate that your seat on your X5 was damaged due to outside influence, we hope you understand that it will not be covered by warranty. I just purchased a 2018 BMW 540. After I got it home I looked at the tires and they were HANKOOK. My previous BMW auto's all had continental or bridgestone. I cannot rate this business until I am assured that these tires are OEM.
