I have a bill of sale from a dealership that purchased my X5 off a lease from me. I was charged a turn in fee, when I clearly didn't turn in the vehicle. Not a single person at BMW financial was willing to clearly explain the situation. I feel like I was wrongly charged a $380 turn in fee, when the car was not turned in. I've tried to contact Financial to cancel extended warranty, but no one reply or contact, even in contract it said I can cancel in 60 days. The sale persons and financial are nice, but not when I mentioned cancel. Please give me someone information, so I can contact.
FYI TO WOMEN WHO GET SERVICE AT BMW OF LOUISVILLE. My daughter and I went in to get a hose needed for our BMW and was charged double the price of the part. When we felt it was very high we had our parts guy call and get the price of the same part we just bought for $93.03 and he was told the part was $46 + tax. Immediately we called back to the service parts desk and demanded a refund and to be charged the correct amount. They issued the refund and charged the correct amount. It sucks to write this because my service writer (Brittany, and sales manager Jerry) has always been great to me for years now . However It all change last week. I took my X7 for service because AC wasn’t working. I was told it was fix and it wasn’t . Came to take another off day to bring again and this time was told is has a leakage. Thank you for speaking with our Service Director, Mike ******* As explained, our records show the loaner vehicle was returned with a large crack in the windshield. Our service manager inspected the glass with you and showed you where the point of impact was that caused the crack. We understand sustaining road damage is frustrating, and unfortunately, not fully covered by your insurance, as you mentioned.
They fooled me into signing up for maintenance agreement for 4 years cost of which is $2,700.00. Which covers only oil change !!!!! What a scam. I admit it was my fault to sign on that. I was 36 weeks pregnant when purchasing and was assured it covered all basic services but lie like that extremely disappointed. I m hoping they have some decency to cancel that and refund the unused portion. Service wait time is horrible as well.
BMW Finance is terrible. If I could give them zero stars, I would. We paid off our car back in 2010, yet we still haven't received the lease release document from them. Despite reaching out to BMW Finance a whopping five times, each time they assured us they'd send the document from their archives within 10 working days. It's now been over a month, and still no document. We'll definitely be financing our future cars through a different, more respectful financial institution.

This is the worst ********************** I have ever encountered. My partner and I have used their service several times but will never ever use again. In February, we took out there to service an engine light. The diagnostic test was $220 and I wasnt able to stay there to do repairs because I had chemo the same day. 0 stars. I have been a customer of this dealership for nine years for service and the purchase of 2 vehicles. The service is a joke. It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone. I live nearby so I usually just drive there and make my appt. My current vehicle is a 45e hybrid. I go through the process of making an appt for an oil change. When I bring it in, they tell me "Sorry, we have to reschedule because your car is an 'e' car and requires one of our two techs who are trained to work on 'e' cars and they only work we... read more
