My best friend and i purchased two 2017 BMW X4 M40i vehicles both with sticker price over $67,000. Since January of 2017 my friends BMW has been in the shop 5 different times and I have given trying to get mine in the shop as it usually takes two to three weeks for a loaner vehicle. Don't expect help from BMW North America if you have diesel product! They know their is nothing they can do to get their vehicles to work and meet American Emissions standards

We have had the worst time with the BMW in our area. We bought the car in 2014 and it has been in and out of the shop like every other month, they even had to put a "new engine" in if I believe that. My hubby and I always wanted a BMW, but not like this. Management appear to be tired of us and treats us as if we are not paying customers. I have a 2007 750i; 64,000 miles. My transmission fault P light came on. Took it in for repairs; $120 for diagnostic, trans service $380. Still getting check engine light & error code trans fault P. Further inspection revealed pressure housing adapter cracked - $325. My concern is that this is abnormal for a garage kept vehicle with such low mileage ********* ** ***** ###-###-####

Sunroof drains clogged on my BMW series and caused a fire. BMW USA was unwilling to help. Will never buy a BMW again.
I cannot get them to return calls. I have long waiting periods on phone. Finally, in disgust, I took money out of savings and paid off car rather than deal with these people. Terrible way of doing business here.
