This is in regards to my review I left for my brakes that was supposed to be covered under warranty, then told $300, then told $700. *** Rep ************************* then responded on Yelp to my review and asked me to contact her to discuss my issue. She then removed her response from Yelp. Not sure what that was about but I still have not heard back from *** regarding my issue. It may have been an attenpt to post a response to make it look like they care about their customers and feedback but it iwas just for a public post... read more

I have a 2006 BMW X3, and it has been a struggle to get my vehicle fixed. In the past 3 years I have been racially disrespected from one of the workers, lied to by one of the managers about a rental car policy and lastly charge money for work that was not done. I had to fight all the time with the Head Supervisors at this location about my vehicle. Example: I had a rental while my vehicle was out of service. The rental was hit at my job. charged me $1200 for services rendered to my vehicle without a receipt. When I called to request an itemized receipt weeks later they stated that they would not furnish an itemized receipt because the clerk who filed the records entered someone else's name on my service ticket (even though make model, VIN and payment instrument were all mine).No doubt this is their way of sidestepping fraudulent charges.Complete grifters and incompetents - avoid at all costs

AC compressor in my i3 failed TWICE. Now, they want me to pay $9k to have it replaced. Is it too much to ask that their parts are built with any longevity in mind? This is just plain wrong.

"I financed a new *** X5 through my company, ***************** The finance manager deceived me into purchasing a $4,000 warranty, which increased my premiums and the overall car price. The car already comes with a 3-year maintenance warranty, including three oil changes from ***. He did not mention this, even though my wife noted that her old car had a maintenance warranty. They don’t allow you to travel with your bike overseas. I bought the R1250GSA to take it places. Got a job overseas and they won’t allow me to ship it. I am ultimately going to pay it off and ship it anyways. Looks like they don’t want you to adventure your adventure bike. I will not use them again.

On June 7 of this year, they said the windshield Was there and ready to be installed so it was later taken in and then today on June 26 they said it was not ready to be installed and needed to be brought back at a later date and it was confirmed through other sources that the windshield was not in and we have already paid over two grand. The last couple experiences weve had with them theyve lied and weve had to bring back the vehicle multiple times, and they are not friendly
