Like many other BMW owners, I have had issues with their alloy wheels. After losing five *yes) in a three year period, I sought remedy from BMW. In essence, BMW stone walled me, offering me $1,000 off a new car if I would buy one. BMW took no responsibility for the design flaw. I ended up taking them to small claims court. The judge sided with me.

My 2013 328 xi had a fuel pump failure at slightly under 40,000 miles. It was past the 4 year time period, but under the mileage for warranty coverage. Contacted BMW customer service, but received no satisfaction.. BMW should still honor at least partial payment for an $800+ repair bill on a part that should last far more than 40,000 miles. Poor reliability, poor customer service.

my 2011 BMW 335i Xdrive overheated and caught fire. They an open recall for a wiring harness fires. I had BMW investigate, They said it was the water-pump that overheated and caused fire. I have spoken to many mechanics which have disputed this. BMW is covering up the reason of the fire and refusing to do anything other than give me a 4000. good will credit only to be paid if i purchase a new or certified pre-owned. Sorry this is of no use. BMW need to do something more.

Went in to Southbay BMW to get my 2017 X1 appraised. Salesman Al Asghari gave me the runaround and would not get my car appraised. He went in and out of the sales office numerous times only to come out saying his manager quoted the car was worth this much then it was worth that much. It was scribbked on a piece of paper. I asked where is the written estimate. He said Southbay BMW do not do appraisals. I know other BMW dealerships do appraisals. I think this dealership is full of BS.

I’ve purchased a 530i series and due to BMW’s faulty preparation before the sale I had damages on my vehicle. The issue was diagnosed by professional experts and the car was repaired and paid at the time. I contacted customer service for payment. After weeks of back and forth emailing they finally referred me a legal site about an unrelated lawsuit. I contacted them again and the representative contacted me couple of weeks later to tell me they don't take responsibility for my damages because he decided they would want to aw... read more

I purchased a BMW X3 from BMW San Rafael in October, 2017. On the day that I was to take possession after signing ALL of the contracts with my co-signee, I was informed the vehicle had TWO recalls (which existed before they even sold me the car). We paid our downpayment with a credit card. BMW Corporate offered me $2,000 toward another vehicle. They left multiple messages on my phone which I have transcripts for. I was told "Charlie" would be locating an alternate vehicle. I spent three hours reviewing a 2013 X3 with a more ... read more

I purchased a fully loaded X6M from CarMax which ran great the first year and a half I owned it. That is until I made the mistake of taking it to this dealership for an oil change. I would have gone to the Murray location but I took it into them before and they told me they wouldn't honor the CarMax Max Care warranty because their techs charged a higher "Marshall" rate which the warranty company wouldn't pay. When changing the oil, this Pleasant Grove service department told me they found a tiny leak and needed to replace th... read more

To Whom It May Concern: I am writing this review because I feel like I have almost exhausted all my resources. I WAS driving a 2015 BMW X5, which I have leased, from a BMW in Pittsburgh. The car brand new and have never had any problems with the car. There was never a light on to change the oil, no engine light on, NOTHING. One morning I woke up and my car wouldnt start. BMW roadside assistance came, tried to jump-start the car and with no luck told me I would have to tow the car to the dealership. I am currently in ****** b... read more

I am a long term BMW customer. I have proof they maliciously hung up on my three times today then left me on hold for over 3 HOURS to penalize me while I am locked into a contract for their products. This is the worst customer service of a paying customer I have ever seen!

Business response:

Hi ***** - We apologize that there appears to have been a technical issue. Ross on our Customer Relations team will be following up with you to further discuss your situation.
