I contacted BMW customer service after taking my 2020 X3 to Critz BMW for a third time because it was beeping. I was offered no advice for resolution, but the service department informed me a panel was replaced and my vehicle was ready for pick-up. After having my vehicle back less than two weeks it was beeping again. I contacted Critz BMW service department as well as BMW of America. Calling my contracted lawyers. You don't hold a bmw that had a faulty transmission and charge $50 a day for holding and threaten to stop it from being junked especially when it was paid for in cash, no loan and you have no more authorization of the vehicle. Withholding property that isn't yours is called theft. Good job. You will be getting a call from my family's contracted lawyers by the end of tomorrow. if I could leave no star I would but. I want to start by saying this is the only review I have ever written. I'm driving BMW because its supposed to be a good reliable car. but unfortunately I'm experiencing very bad quality of customer care service which its even disrespectful. my story is I bought a car little less than two years ago and ever since the beginning the car had issues. DO NOT buy car from this dealer !!! This deal is selling you a defective car !!! I purchased a brand new 2020 X7 from this dealer. And the car was broken after 7 days driving: 1. The touch screen is 100% off, I can not control anything on the display. 2. The bluetooth wipe out my and my wife's phone (Andriod and Iphone both) connection 3 time a week, which mean we need to reconnect/reconfigure our phone connection every other day. 3. Sadly BMW NA doesn't seem to care much about negative reviews, of which there are many. Unfortunately, I must add my own here: 2013 BMW 328i, on December 4, 2019 suffered a stretched timing chain and a faulty pre O2 sensor at 77,000 miles. Typically, the extended warranty for the timing chain stipulates 7 years/70,000 miles; really convenient. I had the car repaired at a BMW dealership and filed for reimbursement, which was denied because of 7,000 over the warranty limit on a $3,634 repair bill. After getting the denial lett... read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The have been aware of a situation with the N20 engine, timing chain and also oil gasket and they don't care. Hundreds of people are affected with their cars sitting in their driveways unable to be driven.... I am not talking 200k miles..... I am talking less than 100k... yes I said that most at 60-100... mine is 91k... so you spend money on a car that is suppose to last and this happens.... they don't care about you having to miss work, or worry about paying bills because you have dropped c... read more

It's with a heavy heart that I need to write this review. I have run out of options. I contacted BMW North America to discuss my wonderful, but broken, 2012 BMW 135i. After doing a European Delivery, Performance Center visit, and bringing the car to BMW dealerships for work the last 8 years, I have to sell my car. The reverse syncro on my manual transmission gave out at 106K miles. BMW does not make individual compoenents available for transmission fixes. Horrible customer service. Ive been a loyal BMW customer for last 18 years. Never had a problem till now. I will never lease or buy from BMW again. I leased 2018 X6M $116K MSRP for 36 months. 12 months and 8000 miles into the lease the brakes start squealing. A cringing high pitched squeal that you hear every you hit the brakes.
