Although, I was not satisfied with the final negotiation for vehicle that had caught my interest, it was ultimately the client advisor’s unfriendly and demeaning attitude that turned me away. At the end of the day, as her title reflects, Stephanie Mismas is a "client advisor", and I am the potential client. This client advisor was unprofessional, antagonistic, demeaning, and gave me a negative impression of BMW of North Haven, Connecticut, and BMW as a company.

When I purchased I was told by bmw America I recieved both maintenance plan and extended warranty. Which I’ve used several times the past 3 years. just took over a lease on car, have been a BMW customer for 20 years. came to do the scheduled maintenance on a car with 6000 miles and supposed to be coverage, but BMW now denies it and says it remove something that was originally included in the purchase.
I am trying to get my new 2017 BMW car repaired. I have a very dangerous problem that needs to be fixed on my new BMW 540I. The car goes from in gear to falling out of gear in reverse and now in drive. Having a car go out of gear at 60 MPH with cars following close is a very dangerous situation. I would rate my experience with this dealership extremely negative. I had to take my sons car in to have the airbags replaced for the recall. They told me they would wash the car and vacuum it do a multi point inspection and top off all the fluids none of these things were done. They used a full quarter of a tank of fuel from his car and didn't replace it. my guess is they were letting the air-conditioner run while they were working on it to stay cool killing the engine. I have a BMW 550xi GT with the Twin Turbo V8... great car when it works. I cannot take it on any long trips because it always strands us. I for sure cannot let my wife drive it alone on a trip because it is so unreliable. it has been the shop several times for fuel injector change... they refuse to change all of them and only do one at a time thus leaving me stranded on the next trip... I am very disappointed in this car and service from BMW. All I want is a reliable car for my wife that we do not have worry about every time... read more

If you are considering buying or leasing a BMW, do not hesitate, do not pause, do not even take a breath, just turn around and RUN! YIKES! What a horrible car, and what horrible service and you pay dearly to get abused every day that you are stuck with it. Yes it looks pretty and for some unknown reason it has a lot of prestige, but its just an expensive, mis engineered, poorly designed and rattily built piece of junk. RUN, FOREST, RUN!!! My S1000RR has been at the dealer for six weeks. They have known the transmission has metal shavings in it for a while now. BMW of North America is dragging their feet in bringing this situation to a proper conclusion. I have received one phone call and one email from them in the past six weeks. There is no end in sight. Absolutely unacceptable.
