They don’t allow you to travel with your bike overseas. I bought the R1250GSA to take it places. Got a job overseas and they won’t allow me to ship it. I am ultimately going to pay it off and ship it anyways. Looks like they don’t want you to adventure your adventure bike. I will not use them again.

I recently had an experience at Motorwerks BMW that exceeded all my expectations. A communication misunderstanding arose between the salesman and myself, but I want to emphasize that I don’t place blame on the salesman—mistakes happen. I was initially apprehensive, expecting the worst possible outcome. However, Sonny, the sales manager, patiently worked with me. He investigated the situation thoroughly and turned what seemed like lemons into lemonade. The team at Motorwerks BMW corrected the problem in a highly professional ... read more

If I could give a negative star I would. I will never ever go to this location again. I will drive an hour to any other dealer before I ever set foot in this place. I took my SUV for service for a coolant issue. My car was diagnosed with two leaks; received the video etc. I was quoted $1000 for a $150 part and five hours of labor. I have extended warranty. The dealer said it is not covered only the "one underneath." Long story short, *** tech intentionally overlooked the other three leaks and DID NOT check the radiator for a... read more

My BMW X7 car keys got deprogrammed while on a trip in ******. I got my car service while still under warranty- I contacted BMW to get refunded. I was told I should have had the car towed in the *** to avoid the charges. Therefore- I will not be reimbursed. This is so ridiculous and bad

Their finance managers had better learn that adding gap insurance to someones contract without asking them, and then pushing it along when theyre signing, their paperwork is actually illegal. I let the finance manager get away with this because I knew that it was illegal and Im going to pursue legal action. I like to watch people hang themselves.

Have had good Service from Motorwerks BMW in Bloomington, but a recent incident involved a nail in a tire of an overnight loaner car that cost plenty. The car was returned on time with a tire that had picked up a nail and appeared to have low pressure. The entire cost of fixing the tire was over $400 and was charged to the customer. In fact, there was no negligence, carelessness or misuse of the loaner vehicle by the customer and the nail was simply road hazard and could have been picked up anywhere at any time but was judge... read more

Business response:

I am sorry that the vehicle that was driven while in your possession picked up a nail. Unfortunately, when this happens it is the responsibility of the driver to be financially responsible for any damages that occur when the loaner vehicle is in their possession. As an offer of goodwill, we would like to give you a credit of $250.00 that can be used in our Service Departmenttowards any future maintenance or repair work. I am in receipt of your letter and will apply the credit to the name that we have on file as the owner of... read more

I bought a used *** and had 2 disappointing serv. experiences.First, took the car in for a "Service Engine Soon" (***) light. The Tech Writer (**) seemed confused; at first she offered me an oil change and brake fluid change. I said I didn't need an oil change - only ***** miles since the last one. I said again the *** light was on, and she said "oh, it's the check engine light", & that's what she put on the ticket. I assumed they would figure it out. 2 days later, they had changed two parts, & charged me $1633. After a few ... read more

Business response:

The "Service Engine ***** or (SES) light is a malfunction warning that indicates a fault or error code has been reported in the vehicle's on board diagnostic system. This is not an indication of maintenance or service being due, ***** have a separate notification system for that. It appears based on your comments and review of the vehicle information that both the "Service Engine ***** * ************ Due" indicators were on at the time of the service visit on April 17th. We performed diagnostics on the "Service Engine ***** ... read more

I was recommended to **** Upon arrival we were greeted and taken care of by a great salesman ******. He sold the car we wanted process was smooth and easy. I closed my loan with the business finance manager ******, signed all paperwork paid half down on the 32k vehicle. 3 weeks later I was contacted by ****** in an extremely rude & disrespectful manner that I needed to come & resign paperwork because some how the bank lost the paperwork. I then called the funding banks loan **** which wasnt aware of lost documents nor was th... read more

I have a bill of sale from a dealership that purchased my X5 off a lease from me. I was charged a turn in fee, when I clearly didn't turn in the vehicle. Not a single person at BMW financial was willing to clearly explain the situation. I feel like I was wrongly charged a $380 turn in fee, when the car was not turned in. I think the worst part was not a single person at the BMW financial office was willing to work with me to explain it, extreme lack of professionalism there. The customer service agents were rude and I was hu... read more
