I think that the BMW of *********, ** is ridiculous. They just charged me **$705.81 for a replacement key that costs $497.57 in ******, **. And when I tried to cancel the order 30 minutes after my husband placed it, they wouldn't cancel it; they said the key was already being made! Seriously?!

The entire staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I did not feel rushed or like my many questions were viewed as silly. Thank you to the whole team, especially ************************, & ******* were all especially super helpful!

BMW Financial lacks professionalism.. I returned my lease with 1940 miles under which I was informed by a BMW dealer consultant I will be credit for. I have owned and leased a total of 3 vehicles and always had an immaculate payment history with BMW financial. I was cleared about not wanting to purchase another vehicle at that moment because my husband is in the military and we will not be in town for a few months. Now BMW is sending me a bill for wear and tear on tires for $1,219 but will settled for $609. So what happened ... read more

I purchased a new vehicle and took delivery in June, 2022 and immediately experienced an issue with the brakes, specifically an extremely loud brake noise. This was completely separate from the already annoying break squealing that can occur with performance vehicles. I took it to the dealership to have them look at it, and they were unable to replicate the noise. *** automotive recently put a new motor in my vehicle. When I arrived to get my car, the battery light came on and they told me that it needed a new battery. I also reported a burning smell and was told that it was the oil that was spilled on the motor. After purchasing a new battery, I was later told that I needed a new wire or a new alternator. The service technician manager admitted to misdiagnosing the car and they do not want to honor their fault to work.

I returned my BMW X3 in perfect condition (garage parked the entire term and only 7,000 miles) after the 3 year lease was up. I had it inspected by *******and then the dealership. I received the multi point inspection report from the dealership on 3/26/24 stating $0 is owed. Today, 4/11 I received a certified letter from BMW Financial stating that I needed to pay for a tow cover the dealership removed during the first annual service and failed to replace. This dealer charges u an inspection that cost 300 dollars and they dont even check everything correctly. They also give you a multi point inspection which is basically the same and free . Im trying to fight this to get my money back but I have no luck
