great service for your bmws BMW of Watertown is an awesome place to bring your bmw for routine maintenance and parts. The employees are very friendly and will help you with any questions you have. Scheduling and appointment is very easy and they get you in and out as quickly as possible.
Great Dealer I have never purchased a car from this dealer, but I have had a car serviced here. The inside is sparse, but clean. A television is available for watching. Restrooms are also available. Employees are nice, and helpful. Service is quick and top quality, but is definitely more expensive than going to a non-dealer mechanic.
It really is the Ultimate It's hard to find a car better than a BMW, but you can. There are so many perks to buying from Co's and from BMW. Absolutely no cost maintenance for the first 50,000 miles. (But they make up for that on the 2nd 50,000 miles so buy another car every 3 years!) You can get a loaner most of the time, so it's like getting to test drive a new BMW when you take your car in for service. I would not hesitate to purchase a new BMW once again.
B M W The BMW is a really nice car. There are only a few good dealers in CA, and of course, where I live, I sure don't want to drive all the way to San Francisco to get a look at them. They are very nice cars, (gas guzzling, of course) and this dealer showcases them very nicely. You can talk to a sales rep. and have them find a car that will fit your needs. And, hopefully, your price range.

This was my first purchase at BMW Concord. This was my first purchase at BMW Concord. After a few minutes browsing cars in the lot, J.T came out and introduced himself. He was very down to earth and very pleasant. Very knowledgeable. No pressure whatsoever. He showed us every option in the lot. He did not try to point us to a higher priced model and actually suggested the lower priced model (less powerful engine) as being the best bet for us.
