Terrific all around! I was quickly given a loaner car (whew!) I was called each day with updates and everything I asked for was done! My service rep, Gustavo was terrific.
TERRIBLE service - stay away I have tried going to this place several times since it's downtown, where I work. Apparently, they know they have captive customers and don't bother to make any effort at treating them nicely. My husband and I have two late model BMWs and all three times we've gone to this place they've been rude, inattentive and unable to think outside the box. great service for your bmws BMW of Watertown is an awesome place to bring your bmw for routine maintenance and parts. The employees are very friendly and will help you with any questions you have. Scheduling and appointment is very easy and they get you in and out as quickly as possible.
Great Dealer I have never purchased a car from this dealer, but I have had a car serviced here. The inside is sparse, but clean. A television is available for watching. Restrooms are also available. Employees are nice, and helpful. Service is quick and top quality, but is definitely more expensive than going to a non-dealer mechanic.
It really is the Ultimate It's hard to find a car better than a BMW, but you can. There are so many perks to buying from Co's and from BMW. Absolutely no cost maintenance for the first 50,000 miles. (But they make up for that on the 2nd 50,000 miles so buy another car every 3 years!) You can get a loaner most of the time, so it's like getting to test drive a new BMW when you take your car in for service. I would not hesitate to purchase a new BMW once again.

At Concord BMW, the staff that I dealt with made me feel like a valued customer from the minute I drove up to the service lane. Even though Concord is farther, I will continue to have service there.
Very friendly and knowledgable Very friendly and knowledgable; proficient and attempted to meet every request. Overall, a wonderful experience; I was informed as to which models would best fit my needs and was taken for a very short test drive, I came home with the car that is perfect for my needs.
We were browsing We were browsing at the shop front. Then the client advisor approached us very politely. He is very professional and customers oriented. We were introduced and explained different options about our choices. We finally chose a particular model; however, the color we like was out. They helped us to search the database with all other dealers in CA and shipped that in within two days. Thank you, Keep up the good work.
