Very Good Service Ronnie is a very knowledgable bmw advisor who always watches after the customers best interests.
Good Service Service was excellent and care of me was also excellent. Had to keep my car overnight and they provided transport to keep me going while car was being serviced.
Overall Great Experience My regular service coordinator,Andrea, was on vacation,so Nick took great care of me.He made sure all the work (and only the work) that I requested was done and kept me updated on the progress in a timely manner.
World Class Had to wait a little longer on car to be finished.Had a oul change and detail done.I was told originally it would take 5 hrs.Car looked awesome.Best detail job I have ever had.Did miss the trunk but service manger told me to swing by one day and they would vacuum trunk and guve me a car wash. Overall pleased.New manager handled a issue with pricing.

World Class Service Whenever I arrive I always have someone that greets me and is willing to help immediately.I have been to other dealerships and have stood in service for more than 15 minutes without even a hello.I love the Cafe and I am always offered a ride to the office if I have to leave my vehicle or a loaner.Thanks BMW of Chattanooga for being different than any other service dept in Chattanooga.
Very Good Everything went as I have come to expect. Top Notch. It was raining and one of the staff brought my car to a covered location so I wouldn't have to walk in the rain!
