Amazing Experience I have bought two cars from BMW Of Chattanooga.The first was an Acura RDX the sales process was fantastic.When the Acura dealership wasn't taking car of me as a customer as they advertised,I decided to buy a new car.The second vehicle was bought based on the quality of the dealership,and BMW of Chattanooga won the sale after visiting multiple area dealerships.Will return and buy from them again.
World Class Service Whenever I arrive I always have someone that greets me and is willing to help immediately.I have been to other dealerships and have stood in service for more than 15 minutes without even a hello.I love the Cafe and I am always offered a ride to the office if I have to leave my vehicle or a loaner.Thanks BMW of Chattanooga for being different than any other service dept in Chattanooga.
