Very helpful and friendly staff The sales representatives are very friendly and helpful, depending on who you get. Some are not that friendly. They had a great promotion on the 330i BMW and actually had it in stock.
Excellent service! I've had my BMW 550i M Sport serviced by BMW of Mountain View many times and they always do a great job. Everyone is very friendly, courteous and most of all very competent. The job always gets done right, and right on time. I especially want to thank my Service Advisor Brett Roderick for always going that extra mile to make sure I'm happy. sales consultants When I walked into this dealership, I was pleased with the selections they had. As a family, we were looking for an X5 with a manual transmission which was going to be a hard find. However, the sales rep. made the effort to located one with white exterior and black interior.
Horrible Customer Service! Does this place know that the way to selling parts and cars is to actually approach customers and offer up some customer service?? My first experience was when I was originally shopping for Mini, on a semi busy Saturday afternoon the lot was full of shoppers but not one salesperson to be seen. Tried to rip me off, poor loaner car experience every time! I've been having my car serviced here for 2 years, because it's close to where I work, and every 3-4 months, my menu button jams. Every time there is a 1 hour wait for an Enterprise loaner, even when you are told it'll only be a 10 minute wait. BMW blames Enterprise, Enterprise blames BMW. Customers lose. No one cares there is a long line of frustrated customers late to work, waiting for a rental car to be "transferred." Happens every time. I needed a license plate ... read more
Great car, good service The process of buying the car was not the best..too much haggling back and forth. However, the car is great!! The service is pretty good. They have loaner cars but you need to go to a car rental by shuttle so it takes some extra time.
subaru The sales associates at Camp Subaru are very respectful while also helpful. They aren't the least bit pushy. They provide you with quality service on a great vehicle.
Auto - Repair (Subaru Service Manager - Mr. David James) I had my timing belt replaced after which my car overheated while driving home. They failed to hook up my fans; after taking my car to a local mechanic I returned to Camp and asked them to pay for damages. I was notified by more than one mechanic from alternate dealerships that when replacing a timing belt the customer should be asked if they want the cam seal and the water pump replaced also. Lithia Camp BMW Steer clear of the BMW service deaprtment. They were identifying unecessary repairs on a complete replacement of power steering unit for my 740i. When I took it to an independent automotive service provider they showed me where a clamp had come loose on a hose. Buyer beware.
