Superb Service First time there for service.Personnel and service were incredible.1st class all the way around.
Excellent Had back breaks put on by a Mercedez mechanic, who disabled the dash when he turned off the break lights. BMW rebooted the car and straightened up some stuff under the hood without charging me extra. We will definately have our service done by BMW Chatt. It was a very comforting feeling knowing it would be fixed correctly. THANKS
World Class Had to wait a little longer on car to be finished.Had a oul change and detail done.I was told originally it would take 5 hrs.Car looked awesome.Best detail job I have ever had.Did miss the trunk but service manger told me to swing by one day and they would vacuum trunk and guve me a car wash. Overall pleased.New manager handled a issue with pricing.

I also appreciate the technician (Gerald, I think) coming out to explain what he found and the resolution to the problems one of which requires a follow-up when the part is in. Very satisfied with Andrea as well as the entire team.
