Very Good Service Ronnie is a very knowledgable bmw advisor who always watches after the customers best interests.
Overall Great Experience My regular service coordinator,Andrea, was on vacation,so Nick took great care of me.He made sure all the work (and only the work) that I requested was done and kept me updated on the progress in a timely manner.
Excellent I was on vacation from Florida and my BMW had to be towed in for service.Andrea was very helpful,she got me a rental car,as I was on a tight schedule,and had my BMW ready for me to go back home the next morning.Thank You Andrea.
World Class Had to wait a little longer on car to be finished.Had a oul change and detail done.I was told originally it would take 5 hrs.Car looked awesome.Best detail job I have ever had.Did miss the trunk but service manger told me to swing by one day and they would vacuum trunk and guve me a car wash. Overall pleased.New manager handled a issue with pricing.

wonderful Great reception, follow through and courteous service from Andrea. I also appreciate the technician (Gerald, I think) coming out to explain what he found and the resolution to the problems one of which requires a follow-up when the part is in. Very satisfied with Andrea as well as the entire team.
Happy Customer Went in with a low tire light, had a nail in tire. Was close to 10,000 mile check and even though I didn't have an appointment, they did the check up. Kevin also bought my lunch at their little café at dealership ( which was great and a wonderful idea). Took me to the mall with their shuttle service. The young man who drove was friendly and made the trip enjoyable. I felt like a very special person, which you normally never fill at other dealerships. Fantastic Andrea is very prompt in returning my emails and is on top of what services my vehicle needs. She is also very considerate of my time and my need to return to the office in a timely manner.
