Excellent Had back breaks put on by a Mercedez mechanic, who disabled the dash when he turned off the break lights. BMW rebooted the car and straightened up some stuff under the hood without charging me extra. We will definately have our service done by BMW Chatt. It was a very comforting feeling knowing it would be fixed correctly. THANKS
Very Good Everything went as I have come to expect. Top Notch. It was raining and one of the staff brought my car to a covered location so I wouldn't have to walk in the rain!
Very Pleased The service is great and the staff is wonderful they always make sure that you're up-to-date on your maintenance. John, Andrea, Ronnie and Jeremy have always been so courteous and ready to take care of you and your vehicle. We've never had a bad experience at BMW of Chattanooga.
