Stay Away from Service Dept. The Customer service department is horrible. They do not have the customers interest in mind. Rack up the cost and till you that there tech can not find the problem and need more service fees. If you get a BMW your fine until the warranty runs out, then this dealer has you by you know what. find a small bmw service and forget about taking it here. And good luck calling the manager you will not get a call back.

Terrific all around! I was quickly given a loaner car (whew!) I was called each day with updates and everything I asked for was done! My service rep, Gustavo was terrific.
TERRIBLE service - stay away I have tried going to this place several times since it's downtown, where I work. Apparently, they know they have captive customers and don't bother to make any effort at treating them nicely. My husband and I have two late model BMWs and all three times we've gone to this place they've been rude, inattentive and unable to think outside the box. Watch Out Watch out Everybody they are scammers.... I purchased a car from them on Jan. 19th from their pre-owned dept. Nice looking car with 41690 miles but guess what ??
