3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend The reason I left a no.7 is because when the car was returned I needed to go to the store and noticed a blind spot mirror that I installed on the upright at the door was not there and I found it under the front seat. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2 Star : Repair Quality An adendum to the estimate required insurance approval however it took the estimator a day and a half to make the request for approval. It required me to get angry about the delay to get the estimator to submit the request. This delayed me being without a car from the original plan. Otherwise the repair was fine. 0.5 Star : Customer Service See comments on estimator. However the folks I did speak with were very courteous and helpful.
