When checking out, no one had told me that I would need a return appointment for the stripes to be painted. When I got to my car, I noticed they were not there and had to return to the desk to inquire about it and set up an appointment. A suggestion - It would have been nice to receive an overview of the work done and a walk around the car when picking it up.

Derrick was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me. I would give him a 10 and everyone else a 1, so I averaged my rating to a 5. 5 Star : Returned Clean
