I was very disappointed that they brought the car in more than a full week before the parts needed for the repair were at the shop. 3 Star : Customer Service See previous comment. Also, never heard an explanation from anyone except the intake personnel. I asked for a call to explain why the car needed to be there when the necessary parts for the repair were not there, but I never received that call or explanation. 5 Star : Returned Clean

4 Star : Likely to Recommend It's the only MINI certified repair shop around, I didn't really have a choice 4 Star : Repair Quality Everything seems fine since the repair. I don't know exactly what all was done, besides what the estimates say. 4 Star : Customer Service Everytime I called in to check on the status of my vehicle the staff was courteous and helpful to check on it and give me an update
