I was given bad information, ended up having to pay a huge amount of money to extend my rental twice because they didn't even start on my car until a week after I dropped it off, then they told me the car was done but they couldn't "release" it until they got something from the insurance company (I called my insurance company and they'd never heard of such a thing).
