After 5.5 weeks and four estimates which ended up more than triple the initial estimate, our car was deemed totaled. Insurance coverage for a rental was maxed out weeks before the determination. Communication was sparse and misleading. We were told several times that all parts had been ordered and repairs would be complete in 1-2 weeks. It was the bar that my 17 year old granddaughter drove to school. She was not permitted to drive the rental car. It was very awkward to get her to school by 7:30 each day.
