The lack of communication by the center was second-rate and not typical of BMW status as a luxury car dealership. 2 Star : Customer Service Customer service is lacking, and staff training should be a priority. Requests for information left in phone messages were ignored, and phone calls constantly going into message boxes were disappointing and frustrating.
