Honestly, if we could give ZERO stars, we would. In the beginning, the customer service is amazing, but as soon as you sign on the dotted line, youre just a number. We were sold a lemon. They know its a lemon. Our salesman admitted it, the service department admitted it, the manufacturer has even admitted it. Our brand new RV was purchased in April of 2023. In August 2023 we bought a travel trailer from Blue Compast RV (formerly *****'s RV), in Murfreesboro. We wanted to buy local. When negotiating the sale we told the salesperson we were going to get our own financing through our Credit Union. They insisted on seeing what they could do. When they called us back with the financing options their interest rate was three times what our Credit Union was. My RV has been in the shop in Sequin Texas for one year. It had some water damage from the refrigerator going out. Was called about 4 months ago to pick it up because they were done fixing the damage and they didn't even fix what was damaged. I was warned about this place prior to buying my RV, wish I had listened.

Once we signed papers, our RV went to get detailed at the ***** off unicorn in *********** **. We were scheduled to pick up on Wednesday at 10. There was no communication between dealer ship and their office and said they thought we were coming at one. We waited and at 130 they told us while washing it they blew out the fuse box. It is now Friday, my husband left two messages and we cant get a call back on the status. So far Tia ***** is starting off horrible

Where to begin?We all know the ** industry doesn't have the most sterling reputation, but this dealership managed to take things to the highest (read: lowest) level I've ever seen in 30 years of ** ownership.Here it bears mention that the ONLY time we had the attention of any Blue Compass personnel was a) 10 minutes before closing time, at which point we were told that we needed to finish transferring personal items from old to new coach, and b) when ***********************, the finance guy, ceased mumbling thru the importan... read more

For us they should be named Blue Screw- U. This was their Boerne TX location. Went there & picked out a new trailer, wrote up a sales contract, gave a $1000 deposit and told the trailer would be serviced and ready to pick up in a few days. They called a week later to tell us they had “accidentally” sold our trailer to someone else and offered no other alternative but that we would get our deposit back. After another week never heard from anyone regarding our deposit and got the bank to stop payment on the check which had not... read more

Grand Designs deserves better dealer for their brand. Sprads/Blue Compass in Reno, NV lack quality and ethical standards. Their leadership will lie to you, not follow up, and their service department is worst in the industry.
