Blue compass in Newtown Connecticut worse RV dealer please please please do do not go there. The staff is terrible. The salesman Adam, very disrespectful again. I can’t emphasize enough. Please do not do not buy anything from them. They are terrible.

Told I was approved. Put down payment on model I wanted which as to be delivered from out of state. Was told it was mine. TWO WEEKS later I’m told my camper isn’t available due to damage even tho it was on the website and the salesman had contacted them and told them I was buying it. It took two weeks to find out it was not even available?? I call ********. Y’all sold it out from under me.

My husband and I purchased a ******************** home from the location in ****, **. We were told we were not permitted to test drive the unit until after we purchased, but the general manager, ***** assured us that it would be in working order at delivery. He told us to give them two weeks to go through the unit and make any repairs necessary. I have been looking for a year for the ************ I wanted, I found one from a dealership that's switching over to Blue Compass, I told them I wanted to pay cash and they were going to charge me **** dollars more just for paying cash. I then called another dealership and and asked them if they had the same policy on cash, they said no, that Blue Compass was wrong. So needless to say I canceled with Blue Compass and took my business elsewhere.

We traveled 75 miles to the Blue Compass dealer in Colorado Springs, Colorado because this particular dealer had the model we wanted. As we were purchasing we asked several different times and in different ways if we would be able to take the trailer in for maintenance and or repairs to the Blue Compass dealer in Denver. Both the salesman and Financial advisor said "yes". I have been trying to get my check for the unused portion of an early cancelled extended warranty plan for almost 4 months. The dealership I am referring to is your *****, **. location- GM is **** *** who has told me numerous stories about why the check hasnt arrived yet. This has been a comedy of errors. **** *** is a poor excuse for a GM.

As long as you are interested in purchasing something from them, you can get them on the phone. Once you make the purchase it is impossible to get them to call you back. We purchased a Super C (over $200,000), the tag from our trade had to be transferred. We have waited over a month; the temp is expiring, and we are leaving for trip. I have been calling for over a week and left several voicemails. Finally received a call back and they have to overnight another temp tag because they still haven't gotten the transfer completed... read more

A MONTH AGO , WE BROUGHT OUR PASSPORT RV INTO BLUE COMPASS IN WHEATRIDGE, COLORADO, TO REPLACE A WATER PUMP. AT THE TIME I BROUGHT IT IN I WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER PER SAY AS I HAD JUST REPLACED THIS WATER PUMP 6 MONTHS EARLIER UNDER MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY AT OUR DEALER IN ARIZONA.
