I would give the ***********, ** location of Blue Compass RV a 0 star review if possible. My experience with Blue Compass RV has been horrible. Initially I was treated in a friendly and professional manner by the sales personnel. I went in to view an ** I found on their website. The first thing I noticed when entering the ** was a horrid smell. Charge $995 inspection .It was not done ,major leak at rear window .Promised they wouid fix it ,if I had a problem major cost could have been avoided with inspection found problem with a $35.00 moister meter but stuck would water damaged motorhome .

Excellent service at the Knoxville location. Salesman was Mike Lynch, a very down to earth, knowledgeable guy. Highy recommend them.

Don't go there!! They played me like a fiddle, sorry to say ( 77 years old and a woman I should have known better. Played the old Switch and sold me a different travel trailer than the one I bought.So sad I just don't want anyone else to fall victim to these people.

Tom’s ********** now Blue Compass in Arizona has a variety of campers including Northern Lite “North America’s Best Camper” at all of their locations. They have wonderful stores to shop for the right camper. Great products, beautiful stores, well kept with friendly knowledgeable people to work with. Arizona’s best and highly recommend a visit to any of their stores.

Description of complaint :Me and my wife bought a USED ** 11 Nov 2023 @ the ***************. location. The** only had ****** miles on the chassis. The ** was owned by a older couple *********** and I also had a trade in that was in excellent condition for a 2012. Even thetechnicians on the floor was commenting on what a nice and well taken care of trailer itwas. Got the lowest offer and it was sickening to me, ****** trade in for a NADA ********* of ******. Zero stars, they called me to talk about consignment and flat out lied. they called from south Carolina stated they use base nada only. But she stated the number is 20k less than what it really is. I said i believe you are pricing the wrong unit. She told me I was wrong, I re-ran the Nada guide price she claimed to use, and low and behold the range was 10 to 20k off more than her quote. Watch yourself, their consignment is they get everything above your agreed upon price, and 10 - 20k is a pregood take for them, not so much ... read more

Good Morning - I recently purchased a ************** 37MDSQ from Blue Compass RV in **********.On our first camping trip with our new camper, my wife went to use the dishwasher. It kicked off and ran as it should. When it went to cycle out the dirty water for clean in the next step in the process, it very quickly flooded the living area of the camper. paid $1000 down & did a credit application and then they pulled out of the deal.. .had it on paper .. they didn’t want to pay me what my camper was worth… one store said they would give me $11-12k for it .. then the next says$8500.. stores were about 60 miles apart..it was on paper that they would give me $12k took my money and application then sales manager called me after and tells me he don’t think he can do the dear… very bad business.. i highly doubt id ever get a camper or do any kind of business with them again…very *... read more
