We took our Fifth wheel to *************** ******* **. Where we purchased it 7 years ago. ***** was a great place. Upon arrival we found out it had just been purchased by Blue Compass RV. We needed a blow out repair on the way we had another blow out on the other side. So the repairs were 2 12x 12 section of the metal skirting and the plastic wheel well skirting and 2 clearance lights no major damage or any other damage for that area. I found a brand new ** at Blue Compass in ***** **. and pit a down payment of 10k on it and filled out financing paperwork. They told me they would need to make ready the unit. Its supposed to be brand new! They said the ** unit in garage was defective and needed to be changed out, the stove/oven was defective and needed to be changed out, and the slide motor needed to be changed out as the slide wasnt working. I would think twice about doing business with this place My wife and I bought a used motorhome when I first contacted them we thought the trade value and price was fair. Two things happen that I thought was sketchy, first they force you into borrowing the money, I repeatedly said I wanted to pay cash, when I told them this they told me if I paid cash it would be $10,000 more in the price REALLY ?. This was a horrible experience for me. The financial *************************** was rude and of of no help at all. He was hostile and combative. The service department was useless and of no help either. I was told that the guy would help me get some stuff done for the camper before I left and he didn't do it. In fact members of the service department just sat and watched as I clustered for an hour and a half and not one asked if I needed any help. was the worst experience that a had on a major purchase. Let me start that I bought this unit of the web site I traded in a 2021 forest river 25 fkbs that was in great condition the unit I bought from your dealer ship is a forest river 26rbws I drove from *********** to ****** to pick the unit up back in august around the 14th did all the paperwork by phone and finance a small amount from the difference of my trade and the new one. I guess if you don't have lots of money these people don't want to work with you putting down more than half of what the trailer cost they just would not call you back or give you an answer

I would stay away from this company if at all possible. The Blue Compass in ************ is ******* and dont turn your back because they will not only lie cheat but stab you in the back. We thought we were buying a **** reflection but found out it was a 2023 which was my fault for not checking it out before signing papers. It has been one problem after another and all we get is either parts arent in or its been ordered just waiting on it. We bought the ***** in April. I purchased a ************ Imagine from Blue Compass in ****** **. The ** was at the dealership for at least 3 weeks before I took possession. I arrived July 29 to pick it up and do the walk through. We discovered that the canopy had an obvious tear that was not taken care of. Also, the outer LED lights were not working and the technician had to repair them. We were told they would order a new canopy and come out to replace it. Fast forward to Sep 12 and they said they will send someone out but charge me $150 service call. F... read more
