was the worst experience that a had on a major purchase. Let me start that I bought this unit of the web site I traded in a 2021 forest river 25 fkbs that was in great condition the unit I bought from your dealer ship is a forest river 26rbws I drove from *********** to ****** to pick the unit up back in august around the 14th did all the paperwork by phone and finance a small amount from the difference of my trade and the new one. I guess if you don't have lots of money these people don't want to work with you putting down more than half of what the trailer cost they just would not call you back or give you an answer

Terrible company. Scheduled service. Did nothing. Would not call me back. I went back and retrieved RV and gave them in-person review. Awful manager. Zero star more appropriate.

I would stay away from this company if at all possible. The Blue Compass in ************ is ******* and dont turn your back because they will not only lie cheat but stab you in the back. We thought we were buying a **** reflection but found out it was a 2023 which was my fault for not checking it out before signing papers. It has been one problem after another and all we get is either parts arent in or its been ordered just waiting on it. We bought the ***** in April. I purchased a ************ Imagine from Blue Compass in ****** **. The ** was at the dealership for at least 3 weeks before I took possession. I arrived July 29 to pick it up and do the walk through. We discovered that the canopy had an obvious tear that was not taken care of. Also, the outer LED lights were not working and the technician had to repair them. We were told they would order a new canopy and come out to replace it. Fast forward to Sep 12 and they said they will send someone out but charge me $150 service call. F... read more

Chad from the service department was a great help during finding out my power problem, finding out that with an onboard surge protector will not allow an external surge protector to not be connected while trying to apply power for my 30 amp service! Thanks for all the assist!

Blue compass in Newtown Connecticut worse RV dealer please please please do do not go there. The staff is terrible. The salesman Adam, very disrespectful again. I can’t emphasize enough. Please do not do not buy anything from them. They are terrible.

Told I was approved. Put down payment on model I wanted which as to be delivered from out of state. Was told it was mine. TWO WEEKS later I’m told my camper isn’t available due to damage even tho it was on the website and the salesman had contacted them and told them I was buying it. It took two weeks to find out it was not even available?? I call ********. Y’all sold it out from under me.
