A MONTH AGO , WE BROUGHT OUR PASSPORT RV INTO BLUE COMPASS IN WHEATRIDGE, COLORADO, TO REPLACE A WATER PUMP. AT THE TIME I BROUGHT IT IN I WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER PER SAY AS I HAD JUST REPLACED THIS WATER PUMP 6 MONTHS EARLIER UNDER MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY AT OUR DEALER IN ARIZONA. THE DAY WE COME IN WITH AN APPOINTMENT WAS THE DAY THAT BLUE COMPASS RV HAD OFFICIALLY TAKEN OVER OVER OTHER RV DEALERS. Where do I start. My husband and I bought a 2020 pop up. Went to go pick it up noticed the tension cord wasnt attached. Some of the trim was loose. So we didnt take it that night. The next day my husband went and picked it up. Brought it home. The too would only go up half way. Then it would go down. Come to find out the switch was flipped. And the service sept knew this. Unfortunately, my experience was negative. We went specifically there from ******* to look at a RV we wanted. We were told we got to financing first (ahead of 2 others) and gave our CC info for a deposit on the unit to make sure nobody else took it.They ran our credit, and told me I would have answers in the AM as we got there late. This was stated about 45 minutes after they closed. I was able to add a co-applicant and sent a message to our sales rep about it before they opened the following day. We purchased a **** ******************* from Blue Compass in *********** **. I was told the Unit was very clean and well taken care of. No leaks everything was up to date and ready for the road. We were going to back out of it and look closer around home, but salesman said he could talk to his manager if I wanted to hold on, so I did and was convinced to get it. Their service department is useless. They cant return a phone call unprofessional six weeks I theyve had my ***** is less than a year old. This is completely ridiculous. I have never dealt with a service like this they dont you returning email text even if you cant take care of the problem right away you dont just ignore people. Highly disappointed wouldnt buy from them again, and sorry that I have to use this place for service. They need a new service manager and new service reps

Blue Compass Rv in ******** We are retired 82 and 76 year old. They sold us a used 2018 ***** truck camper. First the fridge wouldnt cool down. Cost us $173.00. Were supposed to get $73 back. $100 deductible. Our first trip, 2nd night sleeping the roof leaks over the bed. In ************, no Blue Compass. No one to help. We got sealer tape from Campers World and taped everything trying to fix til we got home. That night, rain again about midnight. We had to sleep on outer edges of bed with pots and bowls in center. Should have read these reviews before I went there,tried to get our rv into the shop for warranty repair on the air conditioner and heater that does not work even though it had never been used.Over 5 weeks before they will even look at it.I wont ever buy another RV from them

Have never purchased anything from them and they are spam texting me on my work phone with my name trying to get me to buy some sort of VIP membership. You cannot hit "STOP" - they will NOT stop texting. It has a 4 year old Zipcode in the link that I will not hit. I feel violated and this company pretty much just assured I will NEVER do business with them. My number is on the *** list and I have never given it out.
