If you could put zero stars I would. This is a slimey bait and switch business. You cannot pay cash, you MUST finance through them at 10-12%. You cannot refinance for 8 months. You must pay $250 just for them to run your credit. You can't leave a review in Facebook either. If you don't buy it takes 30 days to get your $250 that took minutes to take, back! Terrible warranty one used units and terrible service if needed.

RVOne Des Moines repacked my wheel bearings. I picked up my camper. I lost the left wheel on the way home. I was driving 50mph so thankfully I was able to bring the camper/Tow vehicle under control and avoid worse problems. The bolts to attach the spare were bent, so the camper has to be towed on a flat bed. I am sitting on the side of the road waiting for RVComplete to find a tow company. Hello potential RV, one buyers! Beware of this company! They offer only Ginuwine friendly service Salesman! I had the luck of the draw, and I got ***************************** as the salesman to help me out and give me the knowledge of a product that I had no idea anything about. ***'s Camperland sold me an ****** with an MSRP of approximately $29,000 to me for the "Sales Price" of $23,500 and 10 months later when I want to trade it into the SAME company, wants to give me between $8,000 and $10,000. That's a 57% to 66% reduction in value on an item that was advertised even @ the sales price of $23,500. The absolute WORST experience we have ever had buying a high end motorhome. There were issues right from the very beginning with a brand new unit. We purchased it in December, and have made four payment, of which 3 were made while their "service department" or lack thereof were trying to "fix" them. The general manager is an ineffectual joke, who places the blame on everyone but himself, and gets nothing done other than spending his time selling new units to bilk more people out of their hard earned money. I was promised that they would get me credit but I had to put a deposit down of $1000 which I did then 2 seconds later sorry but cant get you credit of yes the $1000 refund will take 30 days until you get it back. So they had my money for over week until they even bothered to do the refund!! RVOne Altoona. Don't walk, run away. Placed an order for a 2023 Tab 400 March 4, 2023. Was told, after asking three (3) separate times, that the trailer would be delivered in two (2) weeks. Three (3) plus weeks rolls around, finally get through to someone who would talk to me, and the trailer will not be built until the week of April 3, and shipping will take 2 to 3 weeks because it is 'out out their control'.
