Worse experience in my life. They are LIARS, manipulators, arrogant , oh- did I mention *****. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. They will rip you off and then lie to your face. They tore my floor, then tried to blame on me. Their communication is TERRIBLE. LOARS LIARS LIARS

The customer purchased a used coach from the dealership in June 2022. They brought the coach back for service after their awning broke from being left open during a storm. We offered to help with the cost of repairs but informed the customer we would not pay for the repair completely as this was not a mechanical failure.We repaired the floor tear for the customer.
Dont do business with these people!! Run away fast! Yes they were great when I was looking, but as soon as they got my deposit they forgot I existed. ******* was the sales rep. *** would go months and never answer an email. When she did her responses were snarky. I finally had enough of her and her boss finished the sale. I tried to play nice and got sucked into a loan when I wanted to pay cash. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!! I purchased a part and returned it for a refund after realizing it was not what was needed to fix the problem. It has been over a year and Ive talked to several different employees(including managers) in the store. Bought my Coachman Encore 325ss 2022 Not even six months ago. Had window wipers problems right from the start. Bought this unit at MHSTexas.Beautiful Coach But didnt get down the road and the canopy over the side out. Tour. Up. Told to take it to the nearest dealer to be replaced . So we did. 2 weeks before my scheduled trip I called Adventure RV to see if they have submitted the sales tax and title on a camper I'd purchased 6+ weeks earlier so that I can register it before I'm scheduled to head out. No answer from the Office manager/title clerk so I left a message. I called several more times over the next 2 weeks, leaving messages and never getting a call back. Worst customer service! Damaged my wheel chocks after not putting me on schedule as discussed. Than did not return phone calls !
Adventure RV, Cheyenne, Wy. had our travel trailer for 4 months to do warranty work. From Dec. 20, 2021 to April 18, 2022. They finally called and said all work was complete and read for pick up. I drove the 1.5 hours to get the trailer. They did not fix anything, I discovered when I got home and was testing the “new” black tank sensors and gray tank sensors. If you're looking for a camper I recommend you stay far away from ****** in *******. We went Saturday and worked out a deal on a camper, put our deposit down they took copies of our DL'S and said they wouldn't be able to get the title for a couple weeks and they would run our credit Monday. Terrible experience. We made a deal on a new RV and flew from CA to TX to complete the sale. Within 10 minutes of our inspection, we found that there was leaking over the cab. The dealer knew about the leak and had caulked the exterior before our arrival. They didn't disclose that it had leaked. If they were even remotely intelligent, they would have removed the water-stained headliner. There was no way we were buying a water-damaged NEW RV, so we had no choice but to cancel the purchase.
