If I could give it a negative I would give the -10. I bought a brand new 2023 unit where nothing worked. The work was so extensive that I am asking for a new unit. Nobody will call me back. Nobody will acknowledge how bad the unit is so stay away dont buy from blue Compas if you a good product

Blue Dog , now Blue Compass RV is to be avoided. Not everyone at this service **** is incompetent, just most of them. This place has definite communication issues. Parts orders are lost and have to be reordered. Problems are misdiagnosed resulting in your time being wasted. Im a year and a half into my rv ownership and things are still not handled. I called the service department on Monday she told me that she would have a service technician call me back to discuss my situation. This is Friday and I haven’t received a call. I am on the road and my fridge is not working. I have had problems in the past with the service. Corporate is all about customer service but not Des Moines RV1. Won’t buy anything from them again.

I have had excellent service there for my trailer. They have gotten me in within a couple weeks for repairs.

Let's begin with the fact that I was an out of state buyer (first mistake) buying sight unseen and had to lean on the salesperson/dealership to be my eyes. I got nothing but lies from the beginning. According to the salesperson there was absolutely nothing wrong with the Keystone Premier- all looked great other than some trim that needed some adhesive. What a rip off bought a new 2022 rv last year discovered some problems they promised to repair they installed the wrong parts and now still haven't fixed over a year later. Don't let them touch your vehicle they will only damage it

I left our 45' class A for service. It set there for months with know thing but excuses. I was told I needed front end parts that after spending $1,800 to special order the parts, I did NOT need. The under dash AC was not staying on with passenger side controls. They charged ** to locate and repair, claiming a vacuum hose came off under the dash.
