Rv One in Benson was the worst experience purchasing our used Jayco Octane 277. We started looking in December 2021. We said up front we were not looking to buy until after the first of the year. They had the model we wanted in stock, but we knew we were not going to buy until after the New Year. Our salesmen said we could put down $500 to hold the camper. RV One should be minus 2 does not honor agreements made with Country camper. They bought the company and will not honor the on site warranty work. Beware. ********

RV one Vt formally country campers has a very dishonest service department 5 month they had my rv and numerous lies later I had to get it and bring it elsewhere to have safety recalls done on the axlesDon and crew are not trustworthy people.

The delay in getting your deposit back is absolutely rediculous!! Do not by any means go thru them. I have called numerous times and get the answer “let me call out accounting department and I will call you” and never get a call back!
Ha! I do wish I had come here first. RV One in Charlotte (Concord), NC sold us a NEW 2022 travel trailer on October 15, 2021. We picked it up one week later. After we got it home and tried to unload it from our truck, the power jack would not work. We called for assistance to no avail. We ended up taking it back on Monday, the 25th, at the service techs advice. When we got there at our appointment time on Monday, they did not have a record of our appointment.
