The service at RVOne in Altoona, IA is beyond words. We purchased a 2023 Tiffin Allegra 34PA in November of 2022 and have major mechanical and cosmetic issues since that time. Our coach has been in the RVOne lot for over 90 days and is still there at this time with a hydraulic failure (our 2nd) on the bedroom slide out. I reached out to the GM last week and no return call so we posted a review on Google that evening that was honest and factual. I recently brought my Olympia 19BH to Blue Compass RV ***** I had to go back for repair after experiencing water damage due a leak. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department has been less than satisfactory.After contacting ********************* and sending pictures and videos of the damage, I was instructed to bring my camper to Blue Compass RV ***** on 02/01/2023. They lie an the service department want fix issues. They had my camper for 6 months an still not fixed. They sold me a camper with a water leak an now I have a rotten floor.

Ive been trying to get my $4,000 warranty money back since 2/18/22 and yet everyone gives us a run around, wont return calls. Ive even contacted the headquarters and still no answer. Not a very good business if you can scam customers out of $4,100. Im pretty sure in ******* anything over $750 is a felony.. It would be nice to get ALL my money back.

We apologize for any inconvenience. The dealership cannot submit the request to cancel an extended service contract on an owners behalf. A store associate has spoken with the customer guiding her through the correct website to complete and submit the necessary documents to cancel her contract and request reimbursement.

Don’t buy unless you can fix it yourself. Once we purchase our 2022 Lance travel trailer we were put on the back burner. Lance has been good as far to work with and Camping World is doing the warranty work. We bought all our accessories here and are happy to give them our money R V one is useless after the sale.

To clarify we purchased a brand new trailer from RV one they just recently purchased the RV center we used to go to everything seem to be OK they were able to get the camper we wanted after we picked it up we had a couple of issues they told us it would be over a month to get it back in for service after just a couple of days we wound up having it fixed somewhere else then we had another issue with the window brought the camper back they would not even look at it it seems like all of the staff from the original company has b... read more

Absolutely worst intgery I have seen from a business I got a trailer it was not ready on time after 2 week delay we showed up still not ready so we had to stay there all day with them working on it then got it home and ************ not done called salesmen ****** no calls back after taking it another shop and alot of $$$ later we can finally use it do not buy from them

A terrible experience and the brand new Super C they sold us is currently unusable. The sales manager was extremely pushy about financing through them, to the point we later found out he popped off at a sales meeting because we had outside financing lined up.Took numerous requests to get a corrected bill of sale. We asked our sales guy multiple times if they needed anything else from us and he consistently said no. We were upfront that we needed paperwork ready to be in and out. Absolutely awful! We bought a 2023 Motorhome and found over 17 things wrong with it that next day. It's all under warranty but getting them to call us back has been a nightmare! They said they would call weekly with updates on parts, ect but haven't called once and will not return our calls. Very unprofessional!
