For us they should be named Blue Screw- U. This was their Boerne TX location. Went there & picked out a new trailer, wrote up a sales contract, gave a $1000 deposit and told the trailer would be serviced and ready to pick up in a few days. They called a week later to tell us they had “accidentally” sold our trailer to someone else and offered no other alternative but that we would get our deposit back. Grand Designs deserves better dealer for their brand. Sprads/Blue Compass in Reno, NV lack quality and ethical standards. Their leadership will lie to you, not follow up, and their service department is worst in the industry.

I purchased my camper at the NH location (RV one at the time in June 2023) thinking I could have it serviced at the VT location seeing it was not far to travel from my home in VT . We used it 2 nights before taking it home than the wife and our daughter used it one night in July . That morning in July I got a call from the wife that water was dripping on the bed . Just bought a fifth well toy hauler 10/12/23. Brought it home which was 2 hours from dealer. The slide out in bedroom wont extend or retract and is now stuck out about 2 inches. Weve called our rep and a technician and can hardly get a response. Told us to bring it in even though slide out is partially out. We were sent a video that told us to pretty much take out the slide and check motors which is not our responsibility. We have a vacation coming ** in 5 days. Total bait and switch type company. The sale person will tell you anything to get a deposit from you. And, they don't deliver what they promise. They will add fees up the dying ***** DO NOT GO HERE

My experience from the get-go has been horrible once I signed the papers and it was mine. I not only bought an RV, but I bought a headache as well. Once cells was done with you. They wash their hands so when it comes to service, theres nothing but rudeness and ignorance.

We took our Fifth wheel to *************** ******* **. Where we purchased it 7 years ago. ***** was a great place. Upon arrival we found out it had just been purchased by Blue Compass RV. We needed a blow out repair on the way we had another blow out on the other side. So the repairs were 2 12x 12 section of the metal skirting and the plastic wheel well skirting and 2 clearance lights no major damage or any other damage for that area.
