While I do understand that Covid has wreaked havoc upon the supply chain, there are some businesses that are FAR worse than others when it comes to online inventory. Big Lots takes the top spot. I have had multiple items cancelled after placing an online order and sometimes the entire transaction itself. Just visited Big Lots in ********************. The associate assisting me was very condescending and insulted my intellect. Not only once, or twice but, three times. I'd left the store w/o making any type of purchases because I was sooo upset.

I purchased a work chair that was received during Black Friday. Big Lots stated they were going to honor the Black Friday price. I have had countless hours and multiple phone calls of Big Lots not fixing this issue. On the most recent phone call I was told that I would receive a full refund for the amount of hours and frustration I have been put through to receive a simple refund, and an additional $40 gift card sent to my email (which was never received). My 77 year old mother bought 2 recliners from them and paid ****** for delivery. When they delivered they would not set them up even when offered extra money to do they still wouldn't do it. What a joke.

This store tried to cheat me out of $32 overcharge They had products listed under 1 price 1 price and actually try to charge double that price and when brought to their attention they went and ran over and removed the tags pictures of some but but they ran and removed the tags before I had a chance to get pictures of the other sections the other sections but the total came out to $34 $4 they tried to cheat me

The manager is rude and uncooperative, I waited for 40 minutes for someone in the furniture department to help me. He was very rude walked off from me twice and got loud me the manager name is ********

Waste of time! We ordered around 15 Christmas toys during Black Friday for family and all but TWO were actually delivered. The rest were all canceled days after we ordered them. Not only was it a waste of time, but it was a waste of Black Friday since we could have gone ANYWHERE ELSE. I will NEVER waste time on Big Lots again.

Big Lots were advertising electronics buy one get one free the week of Oct *******, Big sign on all electronics that were buy one get one. I picked up six items to purchase but when the sales clerk rung them up they did not come up buy one get one free. He called someone up front to help him and the items still did not ring up correctly. I took the sales clerk to the area and they picked up several more items just to see if they would ring up correctly but they did not. I bought the Manhattan lab soda sectional with the 3 year coverage on 09.10.3018. The total cost was 756.84$. I contacted customer service only to be told that there is nothing that can be done due to my coverage expiring and that the couch was not eligible for an extended warranty . I find it very disturbing that your company has no compassion toward their customers. A very disappointed former customer K.A
