I would leave a zero review because that is how many couches and recliners we were able to purchase TODAY. I went into the local big lots 30mins away from my home last night and spent hours choosing a couch and recliner they had on display. Sent my husband with the trailer to pick up the items and was excited to use my coupon. Well, after he was there an hour, they finally told him they didn't have THOSE items in stock and they refused to sell us the floor model. They told us to contact a store 2 hours away to purchase. Their website states that you will not be charged for a purchase until all steps are completed and yet they withdrew over $500 for mattresses before verifying that they actually were able to provide them. Then when I called to find out what was going on they told me they didn't have 2 of the 3 mattresses in stock and that they don't do delivery (which I paid for). Now I'll be waiting 3-5 business days to get my money back instead of just releasing a hold on the funds so that I can go buy mattresses elsewhere. Then when I cal... read more

False advertising. They consistently advertise certain Broyhill furniture, even at $100 off regular price for a recliner but it is never available. I have monitored this item for over 6 months and it not even available to be shipped. I consider this false advertising.

I bought sectionals from there when I got home one of the legs was broken they sent me on a new one and that was broken to the wood on the bottom was falling through the threading came on done within a month I called several times the insurance wont do anything keep giving me the run around waste of money

I stopped today friday night 7/23/2021 at about 8:38pm to the Big Lots located on *******************************. My wife and I were shopping for furniture. We notice the store closed at 9:00 pm so we thought we could look at their furniture for about 20 minutes. As soon as we entered the store a cashier told us they were closed but the front doors were still open. I asked why since there was about 20 minutes left till nine o clock and received no reply. Awful customer service. Paid in full for a sectional and waited a few weeks. I had to call them to see if it came in, only to be told only half came in with their orders. They couldnt tell me when the rest would be in. Never again would I order from there!

I ordered a sofa and loveseat on May 11, didn't get any updates for 5 weeks so I sent an email asking for updates. No response. Used the instant chat a few days later, was told to wait, that Big Lots has 6 weeks to fulfill the order. At the 6 week mark, finally got a response to my original email stating they would email the vendor for tracking updates. Today, 7 weeks after I placed my order, I get an email stating my order was cancelled, so sorry. 7 weeks with no furniture in my living room and now I have to start all over ... read more

I purchased a recliner on 11/23/20. 6 mons later it broke. I no longer had the receipt. I contacted a general customer service email address to see if I had any recourse. They told me to contact the store I bought it from and looked up and gave me a copy of the receipt. I contacted the store (Apache Junction, AZ), spoke with a manager and he said to bring it in.
