First, false advertisement! I paid $99 dollars for same day delivery service. Goy myself waiting the whole day for my order to arrive. Their delivery time frame is 10am to 8pm. So i waited from 10 to 8pm. Thats my whole days of opportunity cost! Time is valuable and unreversed! Second, they rescheduled my delivery time to next day without my agreement! I paid for same day delivery, not second day delivery. Why even put on the website says SAME DAY? Third, who knows if tomorrow they reschedule my delivery again? Then why shou... read more

Don't bother. First off I went INTO the ******** location to be repeatedly ignored by the employees. I asked the same woman twice if she could check on an outdoor swing I wanted to purchase. Both times she said yes I'll be right with you and then disappeared. I finally found the item online so I just left and purchased it that way. The Item went through, I got the shipped confirmation and the 3rd party company reached out to schedule a delivery time. Big Lots charged my credit card for a purchase I did not make. They apparently were trying to obtain payment for the rest of a next day order made online that they didn't fulfill as the items were out of stock. This charge, coming a week after that order was finished, is a fraudulent charge since the items were never picked up in the first place. Very unprofessional. Made a Purchase online. Did not receive acknowledgment email but the amount of my purchase was deducted from my account 3x. I have spent over 8 hrs within *************************************************************************************************************************************************************** account and I cant get passed the first person that answers after being on hold for 85 minutes and then getting hung up on. My experience at ************************************ in ************ ******** on 4/19/22 was less than professional. On 4/17/22, I purchased 4 items, 2 bags of monkfruit sweetener and, 2 packs of outdoor pillows. I returned the unopened pillows on 4/19/22 and had issues. I walked in spoke to the young man at the register. He said, "Ma'am I need to call my manager up because the pillows aren't scanning from the receipt. Ordered a hardtop gazebo on line for delivery. Delivery was scheduled and rescheduled at least 3 times. I was fine with that since we had bad weather. Today I get an email that the order was cancelled. I call the *********** ** store and was told very rudely that it was cancelled because I didn't call the store. Why would I call the store after placing the order and the delivery company continually reaching out to me to schedule and reschedule?

First none of the employees know whats going on when you ask them a question. Im not the 1 to complain but I see a sales ad that showes Broyhill SandPointe 7pc Dinning set I would like to buy. And I call around no 1 has it and its on the ad and this is multiple times this has happened on other items. I call in to complain this time that its on the add and the lady I talked we could not understand. **************** is no help either.

We believe we have been taken in a gift card scam. The gift card we received is defective. We called about it January 8th and keep getting a run around. The last we have been advised is if we keep inquiring for an update that we will be out at the end of the que and will start over with the process.
