I found furniture at a Big Lots store that I was interested in purchasing. I made an online order so that the furniture would be delivered to my house. Big Lots used a secondary delivery company to ship my order. When the furniture arrived, the delivery men assured me that was everything in my order. I took the furniture out of their boxes and plastic wrap to find out that instead of receiving both the left and right arms of the sectional, I received two left arms. Hello, I have been receiving marketing emails from Big Lots for the last year. Recently (past 2 weeks) I have "unsubscribed" from any type of mailing from Big Lots via their website multiple times. However, I still am receiving marketing emails. I have also emailed the customer service twice reporting this and still I receive marketing emails. Please remove my email address from receiving promotional/ marketing (or any type of emails) emails.

I shopped 11/3/23 from 3:50 to 4:03 PM at Big Lots 5800 Overton Ridge Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76132. First of all when I walked in the door, the furniture Lead named *****(a heavyset older white male with a limp) just STARED AT ME HARD for a long time when I walked in. No greeting from the staff. This employee named *****was extremely rude and I ignored him. Then, in the back while he unpacked boxes, he kept staring at me rudely without asking me for help. He was CREEPY and inappropriate. I made an online order October 23, 2023 with Big Lots and received an email stating that the order was being prepped. I went into the store and saw that I got another email lettting me know that the order was cancelled due to insufficient store inventory. I paid thru my Paypal account and as of today the money is still pending in my Paypal account. This store need to be shut down and tore to the ground. Ordered an electric fireplace online to be picked up. Waited 2 hours to receive confirmation it was ready for pick up and never received anything. Drove 1 and 1/2 hours to the store to pick up the item or just purchase in store since it seemed that no one was going to do there job at the location. I had purchased a sectional and paid all upfront over a month ago, still haven't received it. They said they would call when it was available for pickup no one called. I finally called them, just to get a run around. Then come to find out my sectional had been sitting in there warehouse for a week. After we finally went to pick it up we fi d that they shipped us two couches not the sectional we ordered. So here we go again a newer runaround starts. My local Big Lots has the worst employees with terrible customers service & attitude. Very rude to the guests and they’re clueless how their policy works. Two employees gave me two different answers.

Big Lots advertised a one day sale with no set time for the sale to end. We ordered three items before the day ended one items had to be shipped the other two were to be picked up from Killeen TX store. We waited until 1500 before calling the store it was at that time we were formed that we would be required to pay full price as the sale ended when the store closed. I purchased a couch on line. the delivery will BAD. It came out of Richmond and I had to say in the day or time. I work everyday until 2 and no one worked with me. I can't recommend any one to order from you on line. I have always enjoyed shopping with you but now I don't and want shop at your store. I have to choice a star and I don't agree with giving you even one star
