Scheduled an appointment to get my heat pump looked at today. 7:30 AM to 12:00pm arrival time. No word from them. Called at 11:50, 12:45, 2:40 & 4:30. Everyone keeps saying they've messaged the tech & the supervisor & I'll get a call with an ETA. It's 4:45 now. I've been waiting at home all day unable to get the things done outside the house that I need to because no one can tell me what's going on or when someone is going to show up.

HVAC broke on Thursday evening. On Friday, the technician from company that I had a service contract with, who was very good, stated that someone would contact me that weekend in regards to replacing the system. By Sunday afternoon when no one had contacted me, I called Constellation Home and was contacted that evening by email. The rep came out on Monday by noon and discussed all options. Our experience with this company has been nothing short of horrific. My elderly parents lost heat in early November.
