I had a very pleasant experience with Constellation Home today, Wednesday 9/6. Starting with the response time. I called because my air conditioning wasn't working on one of the hottest days of the year. First, I was surprised that Constellation informed me that they would send out a technician on the same day I called. I was surprised yet again that the technician, Wardell ******* *** called me 2 hours later informing me that he would arrive in 25 - 30 minutes. Installation team (Ray, Brad and Marco) were conscientious and performed a quality installation of new heating and air conditioning systems in my home. I’m completely satisfied with the service I received.
Great service from Cameron ****** and Charles ******* on a water heater that stopped working from a backup sewage situation. They offered me a discount for being a few minutes late and completed the work quickly, professionally, and inexpensively. They treated my home like their own. I highly recommend Constellation.
Hey what a great experience we had this day...our Technician was communicating with us as he made his way to our locale. He surveyed the issue we were experiencing with our ice maker and advised what the issue was and made a quick repair...he also explained there was a free sign up service where I could receive whatever the lower rate for electric was BTW Constellation and BGE. Very pleased.
Attempted to cancel service plan 6/27/23 constellation home phone tree directs you to a decision options which you can’t elect opt out of. Twice when I selected options for services I was not interested in Jessica who answered both times hung up on me without redirecting me to the correct area to provide customer service as indicated in their service plan billing letter. Attempted 2 more calls and line was busy, fourth and fifth call had message that number was not available in my service area so clearly my phone number was ... read more
Very Professional, if one tech stuck on some issue they escalate to more experienced tech
Rude and inappropriate installers. Three men arrived for the job. One man memory was the only individual with any professionalism. The men blocked my car in with two trucks and subsequently I was late for an MD appointment and had to pay the cancellation fee as well as wait another three months for an appointment. When I informed them that they were parked in the alley blocking my car in they rolled their eyes and said they would love the trucks - Inside the home they went and strolled out at a snail pace with an attitude.
