Constellation Home replaced the existing insulation in our attic and installed insulation in our garage. The team verified the work to be done.. They were very careful about leaving residue from the removal and vacuumed at the end of the job. The installer also explained how the new insulation brought us up to the current building code.

I've been a Constellation Home customer for years, and I'd like to share my honest experience. If you're not in a hurry and don't mind waiting for service, this company might be fine. But if you need timely repairs, I strongly advise you to think twice before purchasing their service plan. My air conditioner broke on June 20. A technician came out the next day, June 21, and confirmed the compressor needed replacement. The part was ordered the same day, and I was told it would arrive by June 25. I was very impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of the crew, from the sales team to the install team.
