HVAC broke on Thursday evening. On Friday, the technician from company that I had a service contract with, who was very good, stated that someone would contact me that weekend in regards to replacing the system. By Sunday afternoon when no one had contacted me, I called Constellation Home and was contacted that evening by email. The rep came out on Monday by noon and discussed all options. Our experience with this company has been nothing short of horrific. My elderly parents lost heat in early November. Adam at Constellation Home went out of his way to help us when he didn’t have to, He had already done what was needed in terms of fulfilling his requirements, but we were still in a bind, So he stayed till he could figure out the issue. I’m in real estate, and work with a lot of companies, so I was extra impressed with the length he went to try to help somebody out in fixing our heat.
