We have had a home service contract with both BGE and Constellation for a number of years. They state in their advertising they will pay for covered parts and 100% labor. Constellation replaced our water heater 3 years ago. It has a 6 year warrenty. The unit started leaking recently and technician advise it be replaced. I would like to thank David Richard’s, and Darryl b***** for the great job they did replacing the electrical box in my basement. They also installed new wiring’s outside my home. They were very professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They explained everything they were doing and answered questions that I asked. I would highly recommend them.

Last year I needed the services of an air conditioning technician. I contacted constellation home. They responded the same day and changed out a fan motor on my outside unit. Upon completing the job the technician offered a smart home service plan to me. It sounded very good and I decided to purchase the plan that covers my HVAC and hot water tank. Garbage company! I've had a technician come out to survey my home in regards to getting a new air conditioning unit/heat pump.
