I needed an annual maintainable on my 2 heat pump systems back in March. It was easy to schedule the appointment online and the service tech showed up on time and even called before arriving. It’s now time for the winter maintainence and I am confident the experience will be similar in the next few weeks. I had the pleasure of having Todd come out to install my hot water heater. He was pleasant from the very initial phone call, informing me he was on his way. The installation went without a hitch. He took the time to explain everything that was different about my new heater and what I could expect, he took the time to explain what the warranty services covered and what it did not cover. He cleaned up and left in a neat and orderly manner. He represented constellation home very very well.

Just installed - great job: very detailed, excellent workmanship, fixed heating duct problems from original installation, cleaned up everything. All 4guys we're pleasant to talk with (asking questions, etc). A very good experience.

Our recent experience with Constellation was so positive, we want to share the service we received!! Our heat pump "died" on Thursday, 9/14...we were traveling to Oregon beginning on 9/18, so we needed the system repaired ASAP before we left... He took the time to answer all of her questions and set her up for a sales visit to discuss options to replace her unit. He was excellent to work with and made out experience painless! Great service!
