*** was very curtious service and friendly technician and very thorough annual inspection.
I just had a new a/c unit installed in my condo. The crew called before arriving. The 3 technicians knew their jobs very well. They explained everything before they left, cleaned up and were polite. This was a great experience if you had to replace an a/c unit.

I really appreciated the courtesy of the people taking my call this morning when my furnace went out and also visited the technician just a few hours later. He found the issue. He did a check up on the furnace and he was generally just courteous and polite, which is something you dont see every day these days. I would definitely recommend this company.

They arrived on time, finished by the estimated completion, and did a fantastic job. I was especially pleased with their clear instructions on using and maintaining the system, particularly the thermostat settings. I highly recommend this skilled and professional team for any HVAC installation!
*** ****** is a Senior Tecnician and we hope he is still working in the fall. He works quickly and makes maintenance of the HVAC system where we rent clear to us. He instructs and knows the systems. Glad he was able to complete the maintenance order. Our landlady has Constellation Home and this was covered. He even changed the air filter, which we had overlooked!

I was very impressed with the service received from Constellation Home. Harry and William demonstrated extensive knowledge of boiler installation and was able to address my questions and concerns prior to the install.They were professional , kind and exhibited a positive attitude. It is a joy to find a company that provides a 10 Year warranty on parts and labor. I highly recommend Constellation Home and will use them again if needed .
