On May 8, I had a new HVAC system installed, including an air conditioner, water heater, and air handler. The installation crew was professional, friendly, and respectful of my condo. Upon completion, they thoroughly explained how the system works and provided guidance on proper care and maintenance. They also did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. I'm very pleased with the installation.

Saw the Constellation Ad for residential EV Charger installation on instagram and scheduled/received an appointment for a week later. Constellation provided frequent appointment updates and the installer called prior to arrival. Daniel and Jim arrived early, conducted an inspection and got directly to work. Only had to cut one access hole. Entire job was done quickly, professionally and they cleaned up after. Very pleased.

Finally after two years, in April 2025, my issue involving triple increase in electrical usage was addressed by a “skilled” technician who serviced my HVAC system, found a “fixable” freon leak and sealed it!
Today, ******* ***** came to our house and installed a new water heater. We are pleased that he did a great job. He is pleasant and knows what he’s doing and explaining everything. He exceeded our expectations! I found out that the previous owner of our house used to go to BGE home, now Constellation. Now, I know why.
****** ******* our service tech was very professional. He was congenial and very knowledgeable. Out of 10 stars. He deserves a 12. We have been with constellation home for a number of years and the service tech seem to be getting better and better. Our next service call I will be asking for ******.
We chose Constellation Home to replace our AC, furnace and hot water heater. Everyone from our Energy and Comfort Consultant to the experienced Home Comfort Installers delivered as promised. From leaving the work area cleaner than they found it, to answering our many questions we were very happy with the professional installation and service.
